Except for the very tiny room which we found a bit dark, the resort was amazing and we'd definitely consider coming back.

Impossible to get his night sleep

Super beautiful surroundings with a lovely pool and cozy in the evening with light and atmosphere
Unfortunately it is impossible to sleep in the bamboo cabins that do not give any kind of sound damping - we could hear everything they talked about in the other cabins and completely impossible to sleep due to music until 4:00 in the morning - even though the music came 500 meters away
We came to Phi Phi for the first time 11 years ago where it was authentic and a different atmosphere - the first thing we saw when we arrived on the island now was Burger King and McDonalds!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
We booked to stay at Coco Beach but we had to cancel unfortunately because of the middle east war. We gave this hotel 3 weeks notice which is plenty of time to resell our room. They reluctantly agreed to a 50% refund but when we asked them where our refund is they gave the back word and said non refundable we asked agoda and showed them the emails from the hotel but they were no help whatsoever. This hotel doesn't deserve any business i will never book this hotel again.

I will definitely come back!

Great swimming pool and it's definitely a haven for kids. The massage next to the pool is awesome combination of wind breeze + after breakfast + a great nap.

Beautiful resort. Rooms are bit tiny and can hear everything in next rooms. There is no noise barrier and although they provide earplugs, you can still hear everything. Would still highly recommend staying there
