The staff warmed up the food for us and provided excellent service.

The staff (especially P'Aod) was very lovely and provided excellent service. The hotel was clean and the staff were kind and polite.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the accommodations were comfortable, and the food options were truly a highlight. Everything was well-prepared with great variety, making the overall experience both relaxing and enjoyable. STAFF WAS AMAZING!

Very good value for money

The hotel is very good value for money!
Be careful the shower tiles are VERY slippery! Same for the pool.
The hotel lobby is pleasant.
The restaurant, bof: we are told happy hour for cocktails but no taste of alcohol.
For the food, the dishes were all served 15 minutes apart... which is a problem when you eat with your family. The music is also too loud for my taste.
We had very noisy room “neighbors” at night. The hotel immediately changed rooms when I asked them.
Less than 10 min walk from the shopping center!
Flat, on New Year's Eve 24/12. Too much noise, impossible to sleep for the rooms facing the pool...
