Nice hotel with friendly staff. There is no elevator in this hotel so we changed our room to a ground floor room (which was very small – beats climbing the stairs with your luggage). There are a couple of café/restaurants next to the hotel but that’s about it. Breakfast was good. Hotel has free street parking.

Not preferred

In the room, there were even the remaining ones before us. We could barely get into the room with kids and things without an elevator

The staff was great and this is very valuable in Turkey . They were very cooperative and friendly. The room was clean and so the bathroom. However it was very small and the bathroom was small as well we could barely move inside.Breakfast also was poor but the staff of the kitchen was also very nice

Rude staff demanding certificate of marriage at check in

Very rude staff!
Be aware about that the hotel requests certificate of marriage at check in!
Me and my wife together with married cousins from Sweden planned to attend a wedding party in Ankara near this hotel.
My cousin and his wife holds Swedish passports and they were denied check in.
Of course this policy and rudeness is not accepted and we changed to another hotel.
Please be warned.

NICE HOTEL
