A GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL DEFO RECOMMEND
Location was nice, sultan and hira looked after us during our stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and daily cleaned, value for money was great everything was inclusive at the resort couldn’t complain about the food at all was top notch also dont forget to try their San Sebastián cheesecake taste absolute amazing. Hospitality with their staff 10/10 well spoken and always asked if we need anything else and always had a great smile on their face. They have their own magnum ice cream station. Spa at their hotel & massages were soo relaxing and soothing. Indoor swimming pool and outdoor also. Their executive suite at the resort with the view was amazing cannot thank how much sultan and hira looked after us.

A week of constant pampering
Came here with my family and had a wonderful time. We stayed in the executive villa with easy access to the beach and restaurants.
Staff were so attentive and hospitable. Our hosts were Hira and Sultan, and they were so quick to respond to any requests that we had.
Food was also delicious; high quality buffet meals in one of the restaurants and served meals in others. Drinks were also included, with so much variety.
There were lots of sports activities during the day and I used the gym almost daily. We would get updated on the types of sports we could participate in every day.
I would only suggest more variety in the entertainment. We had a singer every evening who would usually cover different hits. It would have been nice to see dancers or maybe artists who specialise in specific instruments; such as a pianist or a violinist.

Unforgettable Vacation & Exceptional Hospitality
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum! From the beautiful resort and amazing atmosphere to the excellent service, everything was truly exceptional.

I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by your response. I only requested to add my 3-year-old child to my existing reservation, but instead of assisting me, I was asked to cancel my booking and make a new reservation at nearly double the original price.
This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. A simple request to add a 3-year-old child should not require canceling an existing reservation and paying such a significant additional amount. I expected a much more customer-friendly and fair solution.
