Hotel with excellent location and price.

I think this hotel should be evaluated in terms of location and price-performance ratio. We were in the center of Kas in 5 minutes on foot without needing a car. It was clean, the staff were helpful and attentive. I only think the variety of hot dishes at breakfast could be increased.

Ideal for short stays.

It's ideal for short 1-2 day stays, offering great value for money. The central location is excellent, and the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. That's why I happily choose this hotel.

A perfect hotel.

The rooms at the resort where my family and I stayed for five days were quite spacious and comfortably designed. The friendly and welcoming attitude of the staff made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast menu, with its rich variety and delicious presentation, met our expectations. The property's central location offered easy access to nearby tourist and commercial areas. I plan to choose this property again for my future travels.

Sweet Surprise!

This basic boutique hotel strikes a nice balance between modern comfort and affordability. The property feels fresh and well-maintained, with contemporary design elements that make it feel more upscale than its price point would suggest. What impressed was the amazing GYM that is attached to the hotel, which was a very sweet surprise! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. While it's not a luxury resort, it delivers exactly what a mid-range traveler wants: cleanliness, comfort, friendly service, and a great location at a reasonable price.
LOCATION: The location is absolutely superb – probably the hotel's strongest selling point. Leonis sits right in the heart of Kas, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the town. I could walk to Little Pebble Beach in about 9 minutes, and the famous Lions Tomb was just a 5-minute stroll away. The Kas Marina, bus station, and all the charming restaurants and shops in the town center were all within easy walking distance. Despite being so centrally located, the street itself was relatively quiet, which I appreciated.
DINE + DRINK: The hotel doesn't have an on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner, but honestly, with Kas's incredible dining scene right at your doorstep, this wasn't an issue for me.
ROOM: We stayed in a Room on the 3rd floor in the main Hotel Building, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Lovely view of the mountains from a huge Balcony (that came with a swing chair!) attached to the room! A significant plus point for upgrading to this room! ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Good-sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: OK quality toiletries, better to bring your own.
FACILITIES: The absolute highlight of the stay and the reason why we chose this suspicious-looking wannabe boutique hotel. A full-fledged Public gym in the basement is available for guests to use free of charge. Fully loaded with state-of-the-art equipment and good enough for Rocky Balboa to train for his next big fight!
SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of.
HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, but the speed is VERY SLOW! Small Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment, BUT ONLY IN THE TURKISH LANGUAGE PREDOMINANTLY
