Excellent value for your money

This hotel was a pleasant surprise in the beautiful city of Lviv. Situated not far away from the town's old city centre, it was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel prices were great and definitely great value for your money. Highly recommended.

Hmmm.

Arrived here on the 7th. Asked the reception where in town they were showing the city. Was told "here!" Great I thought. Went downstairs and was met by a surly, arrogant and obnoxious young man (Dmitros) in the cafe that seemed to be upset that I wanted serving with drinks and food. I asked if there was football on tv. He rolled his eyes and said, "I don't know but I'll see." He went away and began 'mixing' with his other Ukrainian friends that had just entered the bar. I waited for 30 minutes and as I walked past him he remarked, "Theres no football on this television". Ever time I entered the cafe, whether it was for a drink or something to eat, he seemed very put out that I was there. Rolling his eyes, sullen demeanour and generally not a nice vibe. He gave me a menu in Ukrainian that was no use to me even though he knew I spoke English! Just a very rude person.
However, the were staff there that was very helpful and a positive mention is for Olia (thank you for the taxi) and Rianna (thank you for the smiles in the morning and the information about the city).
The location is fantastic although it's on a main thoroughfare to the city centre and can get busy and quite noisy at 6am. Tram stop number two is across the road that takes you into town and it's quite easy to get to the airport (Tram 2 then bus 9 and vice versa). Overall a pleasant stay in Lviv albeit for Dmitros and his arrogant ways.

Extremely good value hotel, not far from city Centre!

Extremely good value hotel, with comfortable rooms, with a/c also. - The bar / breakfast area on ground floor is very good also, clean and well maintained, you can have a nice breakfast for around 2 euros.
The staff vary in quality, 1 man on desk very unhelpful, but, the women were friendly and helpful, so that was ok.
If you want, a very inexpensive hotel within 10mins, from the city centre - and the tram terminus is literally 30 seconds from the hotel, it is an ideal location too.

nice

Very nice and intime hotel. Very close to the tram...the tram costed 2 grynja... The hotel is in the spot...very nice... Its just 10 minutes wuth tram from down town Lviv...a nice park is just across the street...

Ужасно

Завтра( входит в стоимость) с 9:00, что как для нас было поздно ( нужно было ехать дальше) Обычно завтраки в отелях с 7/8:00, дали сырники, спасибо, но все же это не полноценный завтрак. На первом этаже отеля сауна, где отдыхали, орали и рубали музыку до начала первого ночи, как будто колонки поставили тебе к ушам. Мы 2 раза спускались на ресепшен с просьбой унять и объяснить что происходит, и только после угрозы вызвать полицию было сказано что мин через 10 их попросят уйти. Итог ми не спали до часу ночи, с утра встали уставшие и злые. Спасибо за начало отпуска.
