Fantastic Find in Mukacheve
We arrived late in Mukacheve and stumbled upon this hotel. It's great. The property is located along an river and it has secured parking so I didn't have to worry about the car. We took a family suite at an extremely reasonable price. It was a large two room suite. The air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom had a stall shower and was very large and very well cleaned. The towels were generously sized and very soft. The room had a refrigerator. We spent two nights here and would definitely return if given the chance. The housekeeping staff is thorough and courteous as is the reception staff. Mikhailo, the waiter in the restaurant, is one of the best I've encountered.

Nothing to complain about room, breakfast and general service are ugly
We stayed here from 7 to 8 of January 2021. Room is clean hotel has parking.
But one expects from Hotel more than just a room. We could not have dinner which we expected because the restaurant was closed and we were not informed in advance though the rooms were booked more than a month before.
Still, we expected to have a good breakfast next day. We were offered brief menus to pick preferred dishes. Direction time was more than half an hour, some dishes were not delivered and when reminded, we were informed that there are no goods needed for dishes production
And items which we ordered as a replacement could not also be produced
The breakfast that normally takes half an hour took us one hour and a half and we did not complete it
thus, the price policy for this hotel is completely irrelevant when benchmarked to European price and service level, as well as for example Kyiv in Ukraine

An ok hotel with a very slow restaurant
It looks like this hotel’s owners did try to make the best they could, and in a way they did, taking under consideration that the Ukrainians are not known for great interior design. And also service in the hotel restaurant is really really s-l-o-w. Anyway, good location on the river, spacious rooms (with only one small a/c in one out of the two rooms in a family suite). Overall value is pretty good, parking is noce and included, just a spacious relaxed place for a good price.

Невероятно позитивный отель. Открываешь дверь номера и сразу ощущение, что ты дома. Уютно,чисто. Очень тепло, даже окна открывали
Кровать мягкая, удобная
Завтраки отдельная радость, вроде и немного всего, но достаточно разнообразно, сытно и вкусно. Очень обрадовало, что завтрак входил в стоимость. Но если вдруг не входит, однозначно советую брать. Кафе с домашней пищей в Мукачево не так и много, впрочем, были проездом, возможно, не посчастливилось найти.
При выезде с номера проверяют номер, у нас при заезде была сломана мыльница в душе, при выезде это отметили, но решили, что это было до нас и притензий не было. Думаю, лучше сразу указывать на такие мелочи, так как прайс по сломанным деталям находится в номере и цены там так себе.
Кровать мягкая, удобная

Думал только один минус, но....
Из минусов:
1. Персонал на ресепшене, который на глухо отморожен, законы не соблюдают - заставили платить тур сбор, хотя был приказ о командировке.
2. Кровать не удобная - на утро болела шея.
3. Душ - вода чуть тёплая и слабый напор.
4. Ремонт - в номере через всю стену щель.
5. Завтрак по расписанию с 8, но по факту еда появилась к 8.40. Если куда-то нужно с утра, то придется идти голодным.
Из плюсов:
1. Чисто
2. Шведский стол с блюдами на выбор
