Convenient and good stop over

Good location - very close to railway and bus station, central market Privos, most transport destination hub. Choice of eating places in nearby Starosennaya Squire.
The nearby area is a little bit run down, but the inside courtyard of the hotel is very pretty and well looked after. Rooms warm, tidy, comfortable. Stuff helpful and friendly.
And there was an English TV in the room, which my husband was very pleased about.
Would recommend for stay over.

Could be better

Pros:quiet, clean (although could be better), has enough space
Cons: very bad location, it's close to the station (not very safe, the area itself is noisy, dirty, not very pleasant, pretty far from the center)

Цена \ не плохое качество

Отель расположен вблизи жд вокзала и это может быть как плюс так и минус. Смотря, что конкретно Вам больше необходимо. Я бы сказала, что отель больше подойдет командировочникам.
Большие окна, внутренний двор, домашний уют.
Бывает слышно объявления вокзала, в отеле пока еще нет своего ресторана, но завтраки предоставляют.

Великолепно!

Alex - замечательный отель. Персонал не безразличный, очень приветлив, заботлив, внимательный, одним словом отношение персонала на 10 с плюсом. Все чистенько, очень приятный и просторный номер. Санузел, полотенца, кровать, постельное белье - чистенько и ни к чему никаких нареканий. Расположение - очень удобное. Свой уютный и тихий дворик с фонтанчиком.
Наилучшие рекомендации!!!

Благодарность.

Всё отлично, отель замечательный. Зелёная территория, ели, кипарисы, многовековые деревья, пруд с рыбками и черепахами. Воздух изумительный, номеров мало. Удивительное внимание к людям и профессионализм. Спасибо ребята, приятно было с Вами познакомиться. Рядом развлекательный центр, кинотеатры, магазины, детские площадки. Четыре квартала и Французский бульвар с морем, пешком ходили. Привоз за углом, через парк. Везде купола, соборы.
