Nice place to stay
I liked this place. Staff was friendly, spacious rooms, the restaurant served (surprisingly) excellent food and I really recommend to eat both starter, main course and desert. The hotel also has an impressive spa with 5 different types of saunas, cold pool, hot pool, a salt cave and massage rooms. Book quickly since the massage times seems to be popular. On the downside are a few things. The hotel is a bit far away from everything, with only petrol stations and car service places around it. To get to the centre of the city, it is almost 2 km to walk. But besides that, and small things like a elevator that lived its own life and thin windows making the road outside a bit noisy, this is a good stay! Recommended!

Disappointed to the core.
Dear Lyubov Vladimirovna, I am writing to you through a review. You have a wonderful hotel and a wonderful SPA salon.
My name is Sergey Usoltsev and I am your regular customer.
I was very disappointed with my visit to the spa at your hotel
08/20/23 in Zhitomir. I would like to share my experience so that you can take action and improve your service.
When my family and I arrived at the hotel to visit the spa, before entering the salon, I asked the administrator Oksana to clarify the price, I was told that it would cost 3200 UAH for my family. However, when I left, I had to pay 3550 UAH. This was an unpleasant surprise and I felt cheated. I was upset because I am a regular customer who has been visiting this spa salon for 3 years every Sunday from 19:00-21:00. turned a blind eye to shortcomings and trifles.
Also, I've donated a wireless speaker to this spa twice and they broke both times. Yesterday they returned it to me non-working. I was very upset about this because it was an expensive gift. Why did they return them to me? It was a gift. They said that they no longer needed them, that they would buy themselves a new one. And these are not workers, so I should take them. It was very unpleasant.
I would also like to note the inexperience and lack of professionalism of the administrator Oksana. Although she has been working there for many years, over the years I have constantly had to resolve various issues related to payment.
Because of her mistakes I won't go there again. I hope you train your employees to provide better customer service.
I do not recommend this hotel and spa to other people, especially due to my negative experience. I would like to warn other people so that they do not get scammed and lose their money and gifts.

Really nice hotel...
After reading mixed reviews about DoDo we did not know what to expect but with only 2 hotels in Zhytomyr accepting dog's and the other one being fully booked we had no choice.
The hotel is very nice and clean, staff speak English and are helpful and friendly.
Across the road is a petrol station with everything you need. Zhytomyr centre is approx 5 to 10 minutes by car.
The rooms are very big and spacious, a little bit old and dated it would be good time to modernise the rooms.
The fee for the dog is very expensive 350 UAH per night.
Overall i would rate it 4 out of 5 because it is clean and spacious rooms and the key thing is they allowed our little puppy to come along.
Breakfast is included which was very nice.

Good hotel, with SPA
I was guest in this hotel during my last visit in Ukraina. The hotel is nice, clean and has very good services, like SPA. I enjoy the SPA and it is very clean, quite and well serviced. I will come back to this hotel for sure, because they have a very good attitute to guests.
