Not worth it

The service is very good. The outdoor garden area is also very good. The hotel is very old and very expensive. It is not at all worth the price. Wifi is inconsistent. Food is good. Rooms are somewhat spacious but very unclean. The shower heads do not work or have very little force. There are bugs and stains in the rooms. A/C in some rooms do not work.

Bad quality high price

You should avoid this hotel: very durty and loud ! High price for bad quality !! Very disappointed
There was a party when my colleague arrived until the end of the night. We could not pay by banking car; everything was very complicated ! I don’t recommend it

Good for budget

I had a training at emerald hotel Kampala. I loved the food and the service was on point. It is the best place to be when you have a low budget.It has a gyme that uses technology to help have a slender you.The stuff are very Kind and very helpful.

Basic and poor

The good thing about Emerald hotel is that it offers what it promises. The hotel is cheap and the services are equally cheap. The place is run down, dusty and has poor conference facilities. The food was okay. It has a garden that seemed popular with many residents going there to eat and drink.

Average

The hotel building is good and rooms are also good but customer care is still below average. I used to be a regular client and would get good services but some front desk staff are sometimes careless and rude. Smoking is allowed in rooms which leaves most rooms smelling like heal.
The hotel restaurant serves pre much the same food from Monday to Monday. Wifi signal is great but access is limited. I think hotel owners should make some improvements.
