The Disappointment of Living
I don't like writing negative reviews, but in this case I can't keep quiet.
Booked a single room on Booking at Genius discount, however, upon check-in the receptionist said that you can pay tomorrow and something rambled. From the reviews, the hotel seemed decent, but the reality was very different.
First, finding the hotel itself was extremely difficult - the navigator indicated a completely different route. I drove by three times until a bystander showed the building. The sign is virtually invisible.
At the front desk, a young man gave out a key without a number and simply said, "third floor." There's no elevator at the hotel, so we had to carry the suitcase on foot. Went up to the third floor - there's no room. She came down, specified, said the fifth. Eventually the right room was on another floor, after several climbs and descents I finally found it.
The room turned out to be tiny - 1.5 by 2 meters at most. To get through, you literally have to jump over the bed. When the lights came on, something fell off the ceiling, there was no toilet paper at all. When I complained about this, the receptionist replied that at a “discounted” price they can only offer this option, and if I want a normal room - you have to pay extra.
Tired after the drive, I said yes. But my torment was not over: the mattress was so hard it looked like it was sleeping on the floor, the pillow was stiff with a torn pillowcase, the carpet was stained. It was impossible to sleep. I just waited until morning to leave soon and forget this "rest."
Very disappointed. The Friday Hotel does not match the stated photos or the level of service. I don't want you to come here again.
And after that, for the second day, I've had a nightmare of calls from the receptionist demanding that the review be deleted. I've never seen that before.

Not a good place for foreigners
The staff is rude and expect surprise fees added to your invoice. I would not recommend this hotel for foreigners. Be careful and thank me later. The location is not great. If you have any complaints or concerns they will not listen and prefer to ignore you.

Вполне нормально за свою стоимость, но для привлечения гостей нужны еще усилия
Это был один из самых доступных отелей на время командировки с санузлом в номере и с завтраком.
Понравилось то, что отель семейный, можно обо всем попытаться договориться. В силу текущей ситуации и возможностей - персонал постарается вам угодить. Везде трут, пылесосят и моют, в общих местах отеля и в номерах - чисто, к уборке и смене белья вопросов нет, моя благодарность.
В номерах чайный набор, но на кухне (на первом этаже) можно вечерком или днём посидеть и заварить чай, растворимый кофе - посуда, заварка и кулер с водой в бесплатном пользовании. Матрас хоть и жесткий, но спать комфортно.
Свежайшие лепешки к завтраку прямо из тандыра - (напротив пекут)
Лично мене не понравилось:
так как отель - это пристройка к дому для коммерческого использования, то было ощущение некой стеснённости, комната примерно 9 кв.м,
Шкафа для одежды нет, только несколько плечиков и а-ля секция от прихожей с крючками. положить одежду особо некуда.
В ванной комнате все очень-очень компактно- небольшая душевая кабина, а сидя на унитазе упираешься плечом в стенку душевой. Всего два маленьких одноразовых пузырька с шампунем, чего явно не хватает даже одному постояльцу.
Навязчивый запах из унитаза, если выключить вентилятор в помещении санузла - вытяжку, то запах постепенно начинает лезть в комнату.
Может это действительно стечение обстоятельств и терминал оплаты был сломан, но меня настойчиво попросили снять наличку в местной валюте и принести ее в оплату проживания (правда, фискальный чек и накладную с печатями выдали), при этом в банкомате был лимит на снятие и пришлось платить комиссию за снятие нала пока не "надоил" нужное количество в местной валюте.
Отсутствие Wi-FI, дежурный сам подключает Вас к какой то секретной сети, которую в выдаче доступных сетей нет. при этом не на всех телефонах она подключается, да и если подключилась, то в разных частях отеля и даже комнаты - прием разный, все время отваливается, для командировочных - это прям очень важный фактор!
В номере душно, попытался включить кондиционер - он гремит сильно, меня спасло приоткрытое на ночь окно , но мы были в начале апреля и днем реально припекало и было душно.
