Budget Hotel Near City Center
Hotel is newly build and clean. Stuff are friendly.
Night noise is major problem, but if you ask for back side rooms, you will get a quiet room. Those rooms has only one problem, they are dark. But for us it was not a problem. Because we woke in morning to get out and come back in night to sleep only.
For a budget traveler like us it's a ideal place to stay.

Not reccomend
Budget is an understatement
The rooms were drab, property not well maintained.
No hot water, no TV, bathroom exhaust is a hole in the ceiling. There is an AC in the room, but no remote (remote can be obtained from reception at additional cost per night). The fan directly above the bed has 2 settings OFF or Rocket Launcher!
There is no fly screen on the windows, so there is no chance of fresh air without letting the bugs in.
I could not wait to check out!

Disgusting
Room was infested with cockroaches.
Clumps of hair under the bed.
Bed sheets stained.
Horrible horrible place
